Ingredients

  • 2 cupsHung curd
  • 1 cupgrated paneer
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbsproasted besan
  • 1/2 tsproasted jeera Powder
  • as neededBread crumbs
  • 2 tbspfinely chopped onion
  • as neededcoriander leaves
  • 1 tspFinely chopped ginger
  • 2 tbspCornflour
  • as neededOil for deep frying
  • to tasteFinely chopped green chillies

Steps

  1. 1

    Overnight hung the curd in muslin cloth. Then you can get smooth creamy curd. Make sure that there is no water in the curd

  2. 2

    Now one by one add all the ingredients,do not overnead

  3. 3

    Now grease the hand with oil. Cut the ball size portion and make the parties

  4. 4

    Coat the both sides with cornflour,

  5. 5

    Now deep fry the patties on medium hot oil.

  6. 6

    Serve dahi ka kabab with ketchup or any kind of chutney
