2 boxescorn bread mix
2eggs
1/2 cupmilk
onion diced
jalapeno diced and seeded
1 blockSwiss cheese
1/2 bagshredded pepper jack cheese
hot sauce

Steps

Mix up corn bread mix, eggs, milk, onion and jalapeno, hot sauce
2

Pour some of corn bread mix in your baking pan then layer with blocked cheese (diced up) and then sprinkle cheese on top of the blocked cheese

Pour rest of cornbread mix over the cheese cover the mix with a few dashes of hot sauce and sprinkle cheese
4

Bake 30 mind or till toothpick comes out clean

my grandmother taught me how to cook like they did back during the great depression so that mixed with me needing quick meals that can be diabetic friendly so i mix the 2 and come up with some yummy stuff.

Nova is one of my 3 daughters and she lives hit stuff so this was right up her alley it's a hit there was none left
