Quilt doughnut
I love soft and fluffy doughnuts.
Steps

Make your dough and knead for 10 minutes untill it becomes soft and elastic.

Cover and allow to rise for 1/2hour,wrap the dough in plastic wrap and pop in the fridge and allow to rise again for 1 hour.

Roll out dough,use a quilting embosser,knife or diamond cutter to make the quilt design on the dough
- 4
Use a knife to cut into triangles and allow to rest for 5mins
- 5
Heat oil and fry on both sides until golden brown,transfer into a sieve to remove excess oil and serve
