For kulfi:take 1lt of of full cream milk. Reduce it to 400 to 300ml by boiling it. Add sugar and cardamom according to taste. Let it be cool completely.

Take a sweet mango. Cut the upper part which part we used to cut while eating. Don't throw away the part. Keep it.

Now pull out the seed of the carefully with help of knife and spoon so that the minimal amount of mango pulp attached with it.

Pour the kulfi mix into the mango and seal with that part.

Place the mango straight in to well fitted bowl or glass.

Refrigerate it for minimum 12 hr. After 12 hr peel the mango and cut it and our mango kulfi is ready to enjoy. 😊
