Simple! Delicious! Authentic Pasta Carbonara Simple! Delicious! Authentic Pasta Carbonara
I was very surprised with the difference when I ate pasta carbonara in Italy.Who first added cream, the Americans? Or the Japanese?Anyway, this classic recipe is really simple and has a rich taste.■ Boiling in well-salted water will result in a chewy texture very much like the pasta cooked in a professional kitchen. It's not effective to season the sauce after transferring the pasta to the pan and pasta will become overcooked in the process.■ If the eggs don't coat the pasta well due to low heat, heat a frying pan, remove from heat, add the pasta in Step 7, and toss well to blend everything. I combined two of my favorites, natto and yuzu pepper. I didn't want to use the frying pan so I thought up this easy pasta that just needs to be mixed. The yuzu pepper is the key to this pasta, so I added more than is indicated. If you don't like spicy food please adjust the amount.I tried using instant pickle powder since I had a lot of it on hand, but you can use konbucha (salted konbu seaweed powder) instead. For 2 servings. Recipe by love rsoul cookpad.japan -

Short Pasta with Dried Tomatoes and Green Peppers Short Pasta with Dried Tomatoes and Green Peppers
I used the homemade dried tomatoes that I had prepared in the summertime. Since they had been marinated in olive oil, they were so soft that there was no need to rehydrate. The fragrance of the tart tomatoes was really delightful.Emulsifying the ingredients in the boiled pasta water helps blend the flavors and keeps the pasta moist, making this enjoyable to the last bite. Dried tomatoes can be preserved and used in a variety of ways, so it's very convenient to have on stock. Recipe by Heartful Kitchen Rei cookpad.japan -
