Peel the garlic and slightly crush it. For the marinade: mix olive oil with black pepper, dried oregano, chili flakes, and lemon juice.

Coat the meat evenly with the marinade, add the garlic and rosemary, season with salt to taste, and let it sit for about 10-15 minutes to allow the flavors to penetrate the meat.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and roast the meat for about 15-20 minutes (depending on the desired level of doneness). Remove and serve. Enjoy 😊
