Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsweet corn
  2. 1medium sized brinjal
  3. 1medium sized potato
  4. to tasteSalt
  5. 1medium sized onion
  6. 1tomato
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. 1/4 tspcumin seeds
  9. 1/4 tsp asafoetida
  10. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  11. 1 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspcumin and coriander powder
  13. as neededWater

Cooking Instructions

    Wash for s properly. Chopped brinjal and potato in small cubes. Add this all into pressure cooker, add 1 and 1/2glass water & some salt, do 2 whistle. Let it set for 10 min. Meanwhile roughly chopped onion and tomato, and crush into hand chopper.

    Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds and asfoitida. Then add chopped onion and tomato, let it saute for 5-7min till it becomes light brown in colour.

    Now add turmeric powder, red chilli powder and cumin and coriander powder. Mix well and saute for a while. Then add cooked corn, brinjal and potato.

    Mix well and simmer for 4-5min. If needed add some hot water and simmer. Serve got with roti or paratha.
