Ingredients

  1. 3-4potato
  2. 3peices kama kakdi
  3. 6-7tomatoes (puree)
  4. to tastesalt
  5. 1 tspred chilli powder
  6. as neededoil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Firstly boil potato & bhey sperately and then cut into peices nicely.

  2. 2

    Take a wok add oil & heat it. add tomato puree and saute for 3 min.

  3. 3

    Add spices and cook for 5 min till oil get seprate.

  4. 4

    Add potato & lotus stem and saute for 3-4 min.

  5. 5

    Now it is ready and serve hot.
