2Corn Tortilla (Store bought)
1 cupCauliflower florets (cut into very tiny florets again)
1Tomato deseeded
1/2 cupCilantro finely chopped
1Cucumber nicely diced
1/2 dicedwhite onion
to tasteTabasco Sauce
to tastesalt
to tasteblack pepper
1 tbsplime juice

Heat oil in a wok and deep fry the tortillas. Keep aside.

Finely cut and dice all the vegetables.

Plate the tortillas in a dish and start topping vegetables one by one.

Season with salt and pepper and lime juice.

Top with Tabasco sauce or cheese and sour cream.
