Ingredients

  1. 1 cuprice
  2. 1/2 cuptoor daal
  3. 1big onion chopped
  4. 1/2tomatoes chopped
  5. 1big potatoes chopped
  6. 1-2garlic chopped
  7. 6-7peanuts
  8. 1 tspcummin seeds
  9. 1/2 tspmustard seeds
  10. 1 tbspcoriander leaves
  11. 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  14. 1/2 tspkashmiri red chilli powder
  15. to tastesalt
  16. as neededoil
  17. as neededhot water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Take Cooker add 1 tsp oil add cumin seeds and mustard seeds after some time add onion chopped and peanuts saute till onion gets colour change.

    After that add tomatoes and potatoes sauté for few minutes add all dry masala sauté till tomatoes gets soft.

  3. 3

    After that add rice and toor daal sauté in masala for few second. after that add 2 cups hot water or according to ur rice.

  4. 4

    Serve hot masala khichdi with Kadhai.
