Ingredients

  1. 200 gmpaneer (grated or crumbled)
  2. 2onions finely chopped
  3. 2green chilli
  4. 1/4 tbsginger paste
  5. 1/2 tbskitchen king masala
  6. 1/4 tbspamchoor powder
  7. 1/4 tbspgaram masala
  8. 1/4 tbspchoti rai
  9. to tasteSalt
  10. 1 tbspoil
  11. 2 cupswheat flour
  12. 1/4 tbspkalonji
  13. as neededOil to make parathas
  14. to tasteSalt
  15. as neededWater to knead dough

Cooking Instructions

    Knead wheat flour to a soft dough adding salt and kalonji...Add little by little water and knead te the soft dough and kee to rest for 20 min

    Heat oil add rai. When crackles add green chilli and ginger paste.add chopped onions.saute them and then add crumbled or grated paneer.Add kitchen king masala and salt as per need.mix nicely and off the flame..bhujji doesnot needs too much of cooking.ur stuffing is ready

    Now take small portion of dough.Roll it to small puri. Put the bhujji in middle and cover it from all sides gently.roll it to thick partha.

    Put the rolled paratha on the heated griddle. Cook the paratha golden brown from both sides adding oil till crispy.

    Ur paneer bhujji paratha is ready to serve with ur choice of dip or curd
