Ingredients

Serves 6 servings
  1. 1whole chicken breast
  2. 15large corn tortillas
  3. 1/2 headlettuce
  4. 7 ozfresh cheese (about 200 grams)
  5. 1 cupsour cream (about 1/4 liter)
  6. Hot sauce, to taste
  7. 2avocados
  8. as neededCoconut oil,

  1. 1

    Cook the chicken breast as you normally would, then shred it. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Make thin, tightly rolled tacos with the shredded chicken. If needed, use a toothpick to hold them together.

  3. 3

    Heat enough oil in a skillet and fry the flautas, making sure they turn golden brown on all sides.

  4. 4

    Place the flautas on a plate and serve with sour cream, washed and chopped lettuce, crumbled fresh cheese, avocado slices, and hot sauce to taste.
