Cook the chicken breast as you normally would, then shred it. Set aside.

Make thin, tightly rolled tacos with the shredded chicken. If needed, use a toothpick to hold them together.

Heat enough oil in a skillet and fry the flautas, making sure they turn golden brown on all sides.

Place the flautas on a plate and serve with sour cream, washed and chopped lettuce, crumbled fresh cheese, avocado slices, and hot sauce to taste.
