Ingredients

  • 1 cupmaida
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/4 cupsemolina(rava)
  • 3 tbspghee(for shallow fry)
  • 1 pinchcardamom powder
  • 1 tspsaunf powder
  • 1 cupmilk
  • Water as required
  • 1/4 cupsugar
  • Sugar syrup
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupwater

Steps

  1. 1

    In bowl take all dry ingredient in mix it with milk and water make it a dropping consistency and keep aside for 30mins meanwhile in other vessel make chaasni. Now heat a non stick pan and pour the batter and shallow fry till golden brown and put in chaasni. Now serve hot in plate
