For the peanut sauce
200 grampeanuts, fried, skin removed, ground
3red chillies, ground
5bird's eye chillies, ground
1 teaspoonsalt, ground
1/2 tablespoonbrown sugar
200 ccwater

For the peanuts sauce : Mix the sauce Ingrediants and bring to the boil.

Pour peanut sauce over vegetables, fried been curd in a bowl.

Garnish with eggs slices.
