Cut mango into pieces.

Take wok. Add refined oil. Crackle heeng and jeera then add coriander powder, red chilli powder and haldi powder.

Mix all the spices nicely for a minute. Then add mango pieces. Now add salt and water.

Cover it with lid. Cook till it becomes soft. Then add sugar accordingly. Ready to serve.
