  • 1puff pastry sheet
  • 6eggs
  • 2 tablespoonsthick sour cream
  • 7 ouncessmoked bacon bits (about 200 grams)
  • Salt
  • Shredded Gruyère cheese

Steps

    Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C)

    Unroll the puff pastry and spread it in a pie dish, then prick it with a fork

  3. 3

    In a bowl, mix the eggs, sour cream, and salt

    Add the bacon bits and Gruyère cheese
