  • 1 bowlCurd
  • 2 tbspbesan/ gram flour
  • 3Green chilli /as par taste
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1/2 tspmustard seed
  • pinchhing / asafoetida
  • pinchHaldi / turmericpowder
  • 1 tspAdark / ginger Paste
  • 2 tspFresh Coriander for garnish
  • 1/2 tspLahsun/ garlic (optional)

  1. 1

    Take drumsticks and cut and clean it's skin cut in to pieces now boil them in water and salt in another bowl add curd besan green chilli adrak paste and blend them with semi liquid now drain out water from drumstick

  2. 2

    Add water in besan batter do not through water from boil drumstick now in a pan heat on gas add oil add mustard seed crackle it put hing and add drumstick add hing and besan batter add salt and cook it for 5 mini transfer to bowl garnish with fresh Coriander
