Barley Couscous (Healthy Recipe)

Steps

In a pot, add the oil, onion, garlic, spices, salt, and tomato.

Mix everything well, then add the vegetables.

Add the needed amount of water and cover the pot.
- 4
In a large bowl, place the barley couscous and add water. Transfer it to a steamer basket and steam. Fluff it with a little oil or olive oil, then steam it for the first time. Sprinkle with a little water, let it absorb, then steam it a second time. Garnish as desired. Enjoy!
