Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1 cupunsalted butter
  • 1 cupmaida/ all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cupsugar
  • 1/2 cupvanilla custard powder
  • 1 tspvanilla essence

Steps

20 mins
  1. 1

    Beat sugar and butter till fluffy.

  2. 2

    Add maida,essence and custard powder and knead a soft dough.

  3. 3

    Bake them at 180° for 18-20mins.Do not let them brown.Temp.may vary.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven.make small balls of the dough and place them on baking dish with a little distance.Garnish them with cherries or nuts..upto your choice

  5. 5

    Let it cool and preserve them in an air tight container.
