Steps

Soak rajma for 6-8 hrs. Pressure cooker for 5 whistles. Boil the potatoes. Peel and grate the potatoes. Grate the onions. Make a paste of ginger and garlic. Chop green chillies finely.

Now grind the rajma, completely dry. Heat oil saute the grated onions till dry and brown. Add the ginger and garlic paste. Saute till golden brown. Allow it to cool.

In a bowl add the rajma paste, onions paste, grated potatoes and all the remaining ingredients except the bread crumbs. Grease your hand, make small balls, flatten them. Roll it in the bread crumbs. Take a pan and shallow fry the flatten balls.

Shallow fry on both sides till golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with tomato sauce and onion, carrot salad.
