Ingredients

  1. 1 cupsoaked sabudana(sago)
  2. 1/2 cupcrushed peanuts
  3. 2tbsp ghee
  4. 1 tspgreen chilli finely chopped
  5. as per tasteSalt
  6. 1potato roughly chopped (optional)
  7. 1 tspcumin seeds

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat ghee. Add cumin seeds, green chillies and potato.

  2. 2

    Cook for 2mins. Add crushed peanut and sago.

  3. 3

    Add salt and mix well.

  4. 4

    Cover cook for 5mins.

  5. 5

    Keep stirring in between. Cook till sago is completely cooked and soft.

  6. 6

    Serve hot.
