Ek pan me oil dal kar onion half sauth karein phir is me haldi powder, ginger garlic past dal kar bhoonay.

Phir is main red chilli powder, Coriander powder,salt, zeera,garam masala aur tomater dal kar bhoonay.

1/2 cup pani dal kar masala pakein jab pani dry ho Jay aur oil upper a Jay to boiled chana daal dal kar bhoona 5 _ 8 minutes.

Phir coriander leave, green chilli dal kar flame off kar dun. Now dry chana daal ready serve with paratha.
