Steps

Dry roast poppyseeds on medium flame for 3-4 min.than take a mixture jar and add dryroasted poppyseeds,green chilli,salt and make a paste of it.with adding little water.

Now add finelly chopped onion,and green chilli.mix it.

Now make a round shape structure like tikki with the help of hand.heat oil into pan and shallow fry it to both side till golden brown on low flame.take it out from pan.serve it hot with tea as a evening snacks.
