Ingredients

  1. 4Shimla mirch(capsicum)
  2. 4potatoes
  3. 2chopped onions
  4. 2chopped tomatoes
  5. 2 tbspoil
  6. 1/2 tbspturmeric powder
  7. 1/2 tbspred chilli powder
  8. to tasteSalt according
  9. 1/2 tbspgaram masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Cut capsicum and potatoes in small pieces

  2. 2

    Put oil in a pan..add chopped onion and tomatoes.

  3. 3

    Saute it for 2-3 minutes

  4. 4

    Add all spices..

  5. 5

    Put capsicum and potatoes.

  6. 6

    Now mix it well

  7. 7

    Now cook in low flame for 5-6 minutes

  8. 8

    Serve this veg with chapati.
