Take a deep glass dish or choice of dish. In a bowl add cream cheese,icing. Beat till light & fluffy

Now in another bowl beat the whipping cream till just going to form peaks. Now add double cream.Don't overbeat.

Keep 1 cup beaten cream aside for top layer. Incorperate the rest with the cream cheese

Take mangoes cut into small cubes. Reserve half for garnish.

Start assembling. Put essence in the milk. Mix. Dip biscuits in the milk & arrange in the dish. Now spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture. Also add chopped mangoes

Continue with second layer.Then the top spread with reserved beaten fresh cream. With a spoon carefully pour the crushed biscuits

Now with the half mango make thin slices & overlap them, making like a flower.

Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Let it chill overnight, then serve chilled
