Firstly boil potatoes and mash them.

Coarsely grind garlic & green chillies.

Then add all the spices one by one.

Add coriander..
Now Mix all the ings except for chilli garlic paste - 5
Now take a pan heat 1 tbsp oil add the ginger paste and saute for 2-3 mins.

Now add the aloo mixture and mix well cook for 4-5 mins...

Now make besan batter by adding salt a pinch of haldi powder.

Batter should not be very thin.

Now take the big mirchi give a slit in the centre.

Now take some potato filling and fill it in the mirchi.

Press it with your hand so that the filling gets stuck well inside the mirchi.

In this way fill all the mirchi.

Heat oil in a kadhai dip the mirchi well in besan batter and deep fry on medium flame till golden in colour.

Serve hot with tomato sauce
