Ingredients

  1. 250 gmKarela
  2. 2 pcsOnion
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. Black pepper powder
  5. Oil for fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash the karela and cut into thin round shape.

  2. 2

    Chopped onion finely.

  3. 3

    In a pan add oil to deep fry the vegetable.

  4. 4

    Add karela in hot oil.

  5. 5

    After 1-2 min add onion.

  6. 6

    Add deep fry till onion turns golden and crisp.
