Ingredients

  1. 1 cupDahi
  2. 1/2 cupPalak blanched and chopped
  3. as per tasteSalt
  4. as per tasteRed chilli
  5. 1 tspLemon juice
  6. 1 tspSugar
  7. 1 tspRoasted jeera
  8. 1/2 cupGrated cucumber

Steps

  1. 1

    In a blender blend dahi smoothly or whisk smooth.

  2. 2

    Chop blanched spinach.

  3. 3

    In whisked smooth dahi add spinach and cucumber.

  4. 4

    Now add salt, red chilli, lemon juice, sugar and jeera.

  5. 5

    Mix all together well.

  6. 6

    Serve with roti, paratha, rice.
