Firstly seive besan in a mixing bowl

Now mix all the other ingredients in besan

Make a semi liquid batter by adding water and mix it well

Now cut the bread slices in triangle shape

Heat oil in a kadhai

Dip the bread in besan batter both the sides nicely

Put it in heated oil fry it on medium flame both the sides till golden brown

Serve hot with sauce or chutney
