Chop the veggie in required shape

Add maida, cornflour, turmeric, salt and sprinkle water and mix well

Heat oil in kadaai and fry the veggie untill it turns crispy

Keep fried veggie seperately

Heat oil in a pan

Add garlic and saute well

Add onion and capsicum

Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, tomato sauce and salt and mix them well

Add fried bhindi

Finally sprinkle onion and serve hot
