Steps

For the dough. Mix flour, butter, salt and baking powder together in a bowl. Gradually add water until it's firm and forms a dough

For the filling. Mix the beef satis, peppers, seasoning, garlic and ginger powder together in another bowl and set aside

In another separate bowl break the egg and whisk it. Set aside

Rub a baking pan with butter and coat with flour.

On a flat surface add flour and roll out the dough. Cut dough into rectangular sizes, add the beef satis then seal with the whisked egg

Repeat process till the dough is finished. Arrange the sausage rolls on the greased pan and coat the top part with the whisked egg using your pastry brush

Bake in a preheated oven for 20 minutes at 170°C
- 8
Serve your sausage roll with drinks of choice
