Ingredients

  1. 350 gself raising flour
  2. 50 gcorn flour
  3. 180 goil
  4. 4eggs
  5. Juice of 1/2 lemon
  6. 1tspn orange peels
  7. 2-3 dropsgreen americolour
  8. 180 gsugar
  9. 1/2 cupmilk

Steps

  1. 1

    Beat oil and sugar together. Add eggs one by one and Beat till fluffy. Add lemon juice,peels and food colour

  2. 2

    Fold in your flour alternating with milk to a smooth constitency.

  3. 3

    Pour your butter in an oiled baking tin and bake for 45-50 min at 150 degrees

  4. 4

    When ready let it cool in a wire rack.
