Steps

Slice Chicken into chunks. Add to a large saucepan or Wok with sliced Onion.

Add the Peas, sliced Mushrooms and halved Tomatoes.

Add the cooking oil and cook on a medium heat, stirring, until the Onions are soft.

Add a cup of cold water and then the Bean Shoots. Mix well then bring up to a simmer. Cook for about 10-15 minutes until the Shoots are soft and cooked and the water is about gone.

Add a few drops of soy sauce for added flavour and enjoy!
