Heat a pan.add ghee and grated bottle gourd. Cook until bottle gourd become soft.

Add milk and cook until milk reduces to half.add khoya, sugar and cardamom powder and mix well. Cook until mixture becomes stiff and release the pan.

Add chopped almonds. Off the flame and let it cool. Make a small sized laddoo. Cover with grated coconut. Garnish with almond and keep it in airtight container.

You can also keep it in fridge.
