Mumbai street style masala pav
Steps

Firstly heat 1 tbsp butter and oil in a kadhai or tawa, add chopped onions fry till translucent next add chopped tomatoes and fry until they are soft

Now add ginger garlic paste fry for a minute next add chopped capsicum and fry till capsicum are little soft

Further add red chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, turmeric and salt
- 4
Saute this for 5 mins,now add 1/4th cup water & mash this masala with masher and cook for 2-3 mins and switch off the flame,add some chopped coriander leaves

Add 1 tbsp butter on tawa and cut pav into half then toast it for a minute.Further turn over and spread some amount of prepared masala on both side of pav

Also spread the masala over the pav & garnish with chopped coriander leaves

Finally serve masala pav hot with sliced onions & a piece of lemon
