Mix maida,salt, baking powder and oil mix. Add warm water gradually. Make smooth dough.

Keep for 1/2 an hour. Take dough make thin chapatis. Cook lightly on hot pan on one side. Then turn and cook other side also for 20 seconds till brown specs appear. Keep them warm in foil or cloth to keep them soft.

Make mix vegetable for filling and sauce. Fill in the tortillas.

Take borosil bowl spread sauce then tortillas then sauce then spread mozrella cheese. Bake 200 degree preheat and 20 minutes.
Yummy Tortillas is ready to eat.
