Ingredients

  1. 100 gmpaneer grated
  2. As neededwheat dough
  3. 1onion finely chopped
  4. To tastesalt
  5. To tastered chilli powder
  6. As neededghee

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a ball of wheat dough, make roti, add paneer and onion t and red chilli powder to taste, seal it from the all corner, roll again like paratha.

  2. 2

    Heat nonstick pan or tava, spread paratha, apply ghee on all corners, cooked till crispy both sides.

  3. 3

    Serve with curd or pickle.
