Pluck moringa leaves frm stem,wash with salt n keep aside. Wash scotch bonnet, onion n garlic then blend. Place a pot on fire,pour water n cover.

In a bowl add cous cous,blended pepper, moringa leaves and mix. Add seasonings,oil,sliced onion,sprinkle little amount of water and mix again. Bring a colander and put ur mixture. When d water start boiling place d colander on top of d pot(don't let water touch d colander),put nylon on top of ur mixture then cover and allow to cook till tender.

Remove from heat and transfer to a bowl add kuli kuli n mix. Serve with boiled egg.
