Yummy meatpie fillings 😋
Steps

Wash all veggies nd cut into small pieces then cook the potatoes and carrots with little salt until soft, strain and set aside.

Fry little oil with onions,scothbonnet and garlic then add in your washed minced meat

Add Soysauce, chicken spice, meat tenderizer, onga, maggi, pinch of cinnamon, solo mix spice, white pepper, and mix together, cover and allow it to cook

Add water and cover until fully cooked and water has been absorbed, then add your cooked carrots & potatoes, parsley and cover for 5 mins under low heat

Mix corn flour with little water and add to the fillings, mix all together and turn off the heat..

You can use it for Meatpie filing as I do, or eat with rice, cous cous e.t.c. Enjoy 😋
