Ingredients

  • 2 cupsflour 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1/4 cupmelted butter
  • 1/4 cupoil
  • 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  • 2 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 cupboiling water(dissolve 1 tablespoon coffe powder
  • 1/2 cupgood quality cocoa powder

Steps

    Mix the wet ingredients

  2. 2

    Add in the dry ingredients onto the wet ingredients and mix untill a thick batter is formed with no lumps

  3. 3

    Scoop batter into baking tray and bake
