Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsflour 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 cup buttermilk
  2. 1/4 cupmelted butter
  3. 1/4 cupoil
  4. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  5. 2 teaspoonbaking soda
  6. 1 cupboiling water(dissolve 1 tablespoon coffe powder
  7. 1/2 cupgood quality cocoa powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix the wet ingredients

  2. 2

    Add in the dry ingredients onto the wet ingredients and mix untill a thick batter is formed with no lumps

  3. 3

    Scoop batter into baking tray and bake
