Take big bowl add besan yoghurt and water mix it well (hand blender works best) than add salt,haldi, asafoetida,green chilli and ginger paste and mix well,ratioof besan,yogurt and water should be the same or else it will not come out perfect.now take instant pot put stand (which comes with instant pot) in it add 1.5 glass of water than add any steel deep utensil pour the batter in it.cover with lid than put it on manual mode for 30 mins on normal temp speed.

Then apply oil on kitchen surface or any steel utensil's back side mostly steel thali works best for this step, then once 30 mins is done in instant pot quick release it after 9 mins then remove mixing bowl from instant pot mix it well with out any lumps apply that batter on greased surface very quickly as this whole process has to be completed while the batter is piping hot than only khandvi will come out thin and smooth.Spread batter evenly and smooth and thin too.

After 10 to 12 mins put cut mark with the help of knife in long strips roll it very gently put it on plate than now it's time for tempering..
