Steps

First step **. Take one pan add oats and all nuts and roast it in on very low flame. after roasted cool it down and grind it well like powder.
(sb se pehle aik pan Mai oats or tamam dryfruits (badam,pista,akhrot,kajoo) ko dry roast(bhoon) laina hai.is k bad isko thanda KR k achi trha se kisi grinder Mai grind krlain or powder bna lain. - 2
Now add all purpose flour,baking powdered and baking soda in and sift it 2times. (ab is Mai maida,baking powder, baking soda shamil Kraian or 2dafa isay chaan lain.

Now take another bowl and add eggs,powder suger,oil/butter,milk powder,lukewarm water,Vanila essence and beat it well..
(ab aik dosray bowl Mai egg,cheeni,oil/butter,milk powder,neem garam Pani or Vanila essence add KR k achi trha beat krlain. - 4
Now add dry ingredients part by part and mix it well untill makes a smooth better.(ab is better Mai dry ingredients part by part add krain mix krtay jayn or aik smooth better ban lain)

Optional step*
Now divide this better equally in two portions and add red and blue food color. - 6
Now bake it for 20 minutes in preheat oven on 150c°.(ab isay 150c°pr 20 mint k liye oven mai bake krlain. Ya with out oven bake krne k liye kisi bri pateeli Mai koi stand rakh kisi cake ka mould Ulta KR k pateeli ko 5mint preheat krlain then is Mai muffins ko rakh KR 20 se 25 mint k liye bake krlain.)

*Note**. Make this roasted oats and nuts powder add some milk and honey and cook it can also use as a cereal for your kids..
