Chocolate filled vanilla cupcakes

Steps

Beat two eggs on medium speed.

Add shugar gradually and keep beating till texture gone smooth. Now add oil and beat it well.

Mix all dry ingredients like cake flour, salt, baking powder and baking soda. Then take a full spoon at a time and sprinkle on eggs mixture... use (cut & Fold) method with spatula.

Add half of the butter milk at once and mix until incorporate. Repeat with remaining flour and buttermilk. Beat until just combined and smooth, scraping down the sides of the mixture bowl as needed. The better will be thin.

Pour it in cupcakes cases and bake in preheated oven fo 12 to 15 at 180° min or until light golden brown or toothpick comes clean. Chop the chocolate and heat up the cream on low flame.

Mix chocolate into the cream and whisk continuously until smooth. Tirn of flame and whisk it well then put it inthe fridge for 15 to 20 min.

Make a hole in bottom of every cupcake.

Fill the cupcakes bottom with cho ganache and cover it with its lid. Yummyy center filled cupcakes are ready.
