Steps

Wash and soak rice

Chop ginger and chilli

Heat oil in cooker

Then add rice and roast them

Now add badi,ginger,chilli and cashews

Add two cup water,mix and close the lid of cooker

Give one whistle and our yummy pulao is ready

Let cooker cool

Then open add kishmish / raisin and coriander leaves

Add whole garam masala

Add kasuri methi and lemon juice

Serve with papad
