Mix all 5 types of dal wash properly and soak it 10 minutes

In a pressure cooker put it on the flame when properly hot add ghee add hing / asafoetida, jeera seeds when cracked add cloves, bay leaf, cinnamon sticks stir 1 minutes

Add ginger, garlic paste, chopped onion stir now add chopped tomatoes and green chilli stir it 2 minutes

When all ingredients cook add soak mix dal and turmeric powder, salt and chilli powder

Cover the lid of pressure cooker and whistle 1 and now cook on low heat approximately 10 minutes

Open the lid of pressure cooker add garam masala ready for you can enjoy with roti or rice
