Rose gulkand rolls

In bowl add milk powder, desiccated coconut and condensed milk Mix it well, add milk in it to prepared smooth mixture, divide this mixture in to three portion.

In one portion add green food colour and crushed pista, in second portion add red food colour and gulkand, and crushed dry rose petals, keep third portion white.

Take aluminum foil, apply ghee on that take green portion and make it roll, then take white portion, roll out roti type from that, spread tutti fruity on that, then put prepared green roll and roll it tight

Spread crushed pista on foil put prepared roll and roll it,then take pink portion roll it like roti, put the prepared white roll, and make tight roll, sprinkle some desiccated coconut and dry rose petals and roll it

Wrape it in aluminum foil, put this roll in freeze for 2 hrs or at room temperature for 5 to 6 hrs

After that cut it in to pieces,then coat it with dessicated coconut, ready to serve
