Ingredients

  • 100 gmspaneer, crumbled
  • 1medium size onion crushed
  • 2medium tomato puree
  • 5-7garlic + small piece ginger paste
  • 2-3 tbspoil
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tbspred chilli powder
  • 1/4 tbspcumin and coriander powder
  • 1/2 tspkitchen king masala
  • 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  • 1/2 cupmilk with cream (malai on top of milk)
  • as requiredWater
  • somechopped coriander leaves

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat oil in a pan, and add crushed onion, cook till become brown and oil release. Then add ginger garlic paste and cook for a min. Then add tomato puree and salt as require, mix and cook for more 5-8 mins or till it release oil and absorbs water.

    Now add all dry spices and mix well. Saute for a while then add some water to adjust consistency and cook till oil release. Then add crumble paneer and mix well.

    Now add milk and cream mixture, mix and then add kasuri methi & coriander leaves chopped, mix and cook for more 1min. Will become nice creamy and gravy paneer. Transfer into bowl and serve hot with naan or paratha.
