Ingredients

  1. 10 clovesminced garlic
  2. 1/8 teaspoonground ginger
  3. 1/8 teaspooncrushed red pepper
  4. 1/8 teaspoonblack pepper
  5. 1 can (14.5 ounce)reduced sodium chicken broth
  6. 2 tablespoonsteriyaki sauce
  7. 1 tablespoonsoy sauce
  8. 4 tablespoonshoney
  9. 1large pack chicken thighs (skin on, bone in)
  10. 1large pack frozen broccoli florets
  11. Parsley flakes
  12. Garlic powder

Cooking Instructions

    In a bowl combine: minced garlic, ginger, crushed red pepper, black pepper, chicken broth, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and honey, mix well and set to the side......

    Rinse and pat dry your chicken thighs and place into a large baking dish....

    Place frozen broccoli florets into baking pan with chicken thighs......

    Sprinkle all with parsley flakes and garlic powder....

    Stir your wet ingredients together and pour over chicken thighs and broccoli.....

    Cover and bake at 400 degrees for 1 hour.....

    Remove cover and increase oven temp to 450 degrees, baste chicken and broccoli, then bake uncovered for 35- 40 minutes..... Chicken should be golden on top !

    Serve with white rice and enjoy 😉!!!

I made this and it was really good however I didn't like that the broccoli was over cooked to mush. I baked it for 1 hour and 35 minutes like said. It did have a really good flavor and I will make this again, however I'm adding in the broccoli the last 35 to 40 minutes. I probably will make extra sauce only because I want to toss the broccoli in it some before adding it to the chicken.
