Cooking Instructions

Mix butter and sugar until fluffy.

Add in your eggs one after the other making sure u mix well b4 adding another.

In a bowl sieve ur flour add in your baking soda, baking powder and salt.

Mix ur egg mixture, divide ur flour mixture into 4. add in 1 portion of d flour to the egg mixture mix well.

Divide your milk into 3 add in 1 portion of d milk and mix well, den add ur flour again mix, add ur milk and mix. Repeat till ur flour n milk is finished. (make sure u start with flour and end with flour)

Grease ur baking pan by rubbing butter in it and dusting it with flour.

Pour in your batter and bake in a preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or wen a toothpick inserted comes out clean..

Allow to cool, then transfer to a cake board n serve.. Enjoy!

I have been following the trends for 2018 in regards to cooking, not only for the Greek Cuisine but all cuisines and baking…there is one that I am so interested in trying…(The Japanese Cheese Cake), but some I am thinking No, due to lack of ingredients. 🙂 Some are just absolutely beautiful….have you seen the new trends for cupcake design just so pretty. 🙂Due to the cold front I mentioned the other day I have not been to the supermarket and so I went back into my pantry this morning and came out with ingredients for a really nice if I may use the word Vintage recipe for Marble Cake…:) Chocolate and Vanilla swirled together to make this simple but yet delicious cake which I think most of us do love to eat. 🙂 Foodzesty -
